Description
Gray skies over the sea on the Normandy coast. Cloudy sky in Deauville where the sky and the sea end up merging. The lights are iridescent. We can feel the strength by these black tints seeming to dance on the canvas just like the clouds in the sky. Normandy, a changing sky, an inconstant and constantly renewed space which gradually invades the canvas, a living workshop for the artist. This painting is framed with a black wooden case and is signed lower right.
