The Stillness Between the Hills, 2025

Textured lavender landscape painting with 50+ layers. Large impressionist wall art in rare multi-thread technique on canvas.

The lavender fields unfurl like a silent incantation — delicate, elusive. Waves of dusky purple shimmer over rolling hills, breathing in rhythm with the golden sky. The air is steeped in scent and memory. Time dissolves here — in the rustle of petals, the hum of cicadas, and the soft brush of the breeze. This is not just a view; it’s a sanctuary. Every breath feels like the beginning of something profound.

This highly textured artwork is created using a rare technique where paint is applied in threads — not with a brush, but in flowing, layered lines that form their own woven surface. Each painting contains over 50 layers of vibrant splashes and colour threads. Every centimetre invites close inspection. It is painting you can feel, not just see.
