Not stretched. You will receive it rolled, in a tube, ready for stretching. We recommend having your painting stretched at a local custom framing shop, which is usually the most affordable and convenient option for large canvases. You can also contact us to check the possibility of having it framed directly by our team.
In Dimensioni lacustri (“Lacustrine Dimensions”), Antonino Puliafico explores nature as a space of light and reflection. The composition unfolds around a tree in the foreground, set against a dense background of vertical chromatic strokes—like mirrors of water or shimmering vibrations in constant metamorphosis. Bold palette-knife gestures weave together greens, violets, yellows, and blues, creating an atmosphere suspended between landscape and abstraction.
This work is a refined example of palette-knife painting, where pictorial matter becomes luminous substance and visual rhythm. Each stroke sculpts the surface into a chromatic score, where lake and vegetation echo as inner visions.
Dimensioni lacustri is part of Puliafico’s journey within contemporary Italian art, offering a textured oil on canvas of strong evocative power. It fuses nature and imagination, making it a striking addition to modern collections and exhibition spaces with its luminous intensity and dynamic energy.
