Description
In this work, Sophie Dumont composes a completely reinvented interior space, where colored planes are organized like the elements of a silent dance. Each surface, each curve, and each vertical line seems to respond to an internal rhythm, linking the composition to both architecture and the painterly gesture.
The palette—mineral greens, earthy reds, luminous beiges, and deep blacks—creates a subtle balance between warmth and restraint. Forms interlock, oppose each other, or overlap, evoking a constant movement within an otherwise stable frame. The oil paint, applied in successive layers, retains the trace of the brushstroke and makes the whole vibrate with a calm and controlled intensity.
This work is fully in line with Sophie Dumont’s exploration of interior spaces and sensitive geometry. The result is a structured, refined, and profoundly contemporary piece, where the eye moves like a dancer on a stage.

After the payment has been processed, delivery takes from 7 to 21 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the potential framing of a work and the distance between the Gallery’s location and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as DHL or UPS, or specialist art delivery companies.
No problem! You have 14 days after delivery of the artwork to notify us. You will be refunded once the artwork is returned to the gallery. In the case of a return after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the artwork. BelArt Gallery does not cover return shipping costs.
Some products (limited edition, customized artworks etc) are excluded from the return policy.
