Description
Exclusive to Belart Gallery.
A powerful surge of raw energy. This oil painting captures a primordial strength. The composition unfolds through a striking black and white contrast. Two faces emerge from the darkness. Their features are defined by bold, fluid strokes. White pigment drips and splatters across the surface. These gestural marks create a sense of immediate emotion. The artist draws from a deep, ancestral connection to the Moroccan soil. He bypasses traditional academic codes. His approach mirrors the spontaneity of Art Brut. Organic lines intertwine with distorted figures. This creates a dizzying swirl of forms. The figures seem to float between reality and a dreamlike trance. The movement is rhythmic and audacious. Every stain and overlay adds to the telluric intensity. It is an abstraction born from a peasant universe. The artwork bridges the gap between ancient cosmogony and modern expression. It reveals a world where spirits and humans coexist. The final result is a haunting portrait of human interiority. It is anchored by a dense, enveloping darkness and sharp, luminous accents.
