Description
Colorful abstract landscape. The artist explores the frontiers of abstract expressionism. The landscape evolves in modulations with blurred contours, to suggest volumes more than to draw a precise pattern. The palette, in muted tones, suggests more than it imposes a similar construction. Abstract landscape, the Norman universe with its plots of fields. The edges of the painting are painted and it is framed with a black American box. Oil painting on the landscape in Normandy treated in an abstract way in shades of blue and green. Signed lower left.
