Description
Each work contains its share of mystery, but nothing comes to shock the gaze subjected to the serenity of large spaces. Cliffs on the sea in Upper Normandy at Veules les Roses reflecting on the water. Their dazzling beauty comes as much from the reflections of light reflected by their chalky walls, as from the perspective created by their escape on the horizon. Painting in oil and knife. Very material painting with more than thirty layers providing a vibration effect. The cliffs are mighty as is the bill. The edges of the painting are painted which allows you not to put a frame. The painting is unframed by choice of the artist., Falaises, Sophie Dumont
