Beschrijving
This abstract artwork (La réunion by Ralph Resch) features a striking contrast between textured layers of rich, earthy greens and a stark white upper band. The green section is dynamic, with vertical streaks suggesting a sense of movement, reminiscent of rainfall cascading down a window. Above, the white expanse introduces a calming balance, creating a horizon-like division. A subtle blend of colors, including hints of orange, adds depth and intrigue to the composition, while the visible inscription “JMV” in the upper right corner personalizes and authenticates the piece. The juxtaposition of textured, flowing forms against the smooth, minimalist upper area invites viewers to contemplate the duality of chaos and tranquility. This work captivates with its evocative use of color, texture, and spatial division, challenging perceptions and inviting introspection.
