Urban Portraits Emerging from Weathered Walls
7 artworks available at Belart Gallery · 2 sold
JM Robert started painting at a very young age, drawn to the patinas, stains and wear he noticed on the facades of buildings. He went on to study graphic and decorative arts, where he mastered professional trompe-l’œil techniques, and gradually developed his own painting style, shaped by urban art and by painters of the late twentieth century.
