Description
This painting captures a primordial, telluric energy. The canvas is dominated by a powerful, swirling movement. Bright yellow rays explode from the left, cutting through a deep, nocturnal background. The composition centers on a circular vortex of white and green oil paint. Thick, gestural strokes create a sense of immediate, raw strength. The artist draws from a deep connection to the Moroccan soil. He transcends traditional categories, merging an animist spirit with a modern abstract approach. His technique evokes the spontaneity of a trance. The interplay of light and shadow suggests a cosmic event or a spiritual awakening. Visual rhythms repeat in concentric circles. These lines convey a dizzying motion, pulling the viewer into a singular universe. The application of paint is visceral and tactile. Each layer reveals a dialogue between the earth and the dream. The artwork concludes in a dense, dark focal point that anchors the surrounding luminosity.
