Description
Suspended Crowd 2 belongs to the collection “Paisible”, a series of contemporary abstract paintings in which Âme Sauvage explores the balance between matter, light, and space.
In this work, the forms and nuances are organized in a deliberately clean composition, leaving a significant place to matter. The relief created by the texturing medium with sand brings a tactile dimension to the painting and reveals different nuances depending on the viewing angle and the light falling on the surface.
Entirely created by hand in the artist’s studio, this original work combines acrylic paint, palette knife, and texturing material. Each gesture contributes to a unique composition in which the material gives the painting depth and presence.
The high-quality linen canvas is mounted on a solid pine frame from the Landes, made in France according to traditional woodworking techniques. The edges are painted, allowing the work to be presented without framing. It is protected by an anti-UV varnish and equipped with a hanging system on the back.
The work is signed and counter-signed on the back by Âme Sauvage and is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
