Description
This garden is one of the remarkable gardens in France, a garden visited by the artist in midsummer. What apparently caught his eye was the play of light in the different areas of this garden. The meticulous work of the pastel, renders these areas of shadow and light well with the passage of successive layers of pastel lines, almost like pointillism. The work is delivered protected by a special paper for pastel and must be placed under glass by a professional, for its definitive protection and durability.
